Help about hd5670

HI ALL i wanna buy a gpu. HD5670. now the problem is can my power supply run this gpu?
this power supply is ok for my gpu?

my pc config----
processor- Pentium Duel Core E5300 @ 2.60GHz
RAM- 1GB
motherboard- Product G31M-S2C Manufacturer Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.
power supply- normal 400WATT with casing
monitor- samsung lcd 17 inch.

You should be ok using a 5670, but just barely. Do not overclock anything. Save up for a quality PSU, even $40 can buy a very reliable unit. That one is drastically overrated, and in the long run may not be able to sustain your system.

+12v @ 15A you will be alright.

CPU uses 65Watts IIRC, GPU uses 50Watts.
