Slow boot up on new powerful PC

Hi, have new custom made PC, includes i7 Intel Chip, 8gG RAM, M/Board with 4 x USB 3.0, 6 USB 2.0, front eSata, front Firewire, new HAF X case, new PSU M750 Cooler Master, Windows 7 Ultimate etc

For some weeks now booting up is taking 2/3 minutes whereas when new it tooks seconds, any advice

what did you installed? Use ccleaner, msconfig, check processes in the task manager.

Sorry, new to this, what does msconfig do and what do I look for in task manager?
