Canadian Store With Financing?

I know this is in the wrong section but custom builders will know the answer to this better than anyone else.
Do any of you know a Canadian online (or in Montreal area) retailer with financing plans so I can buy now and pay back later?

Newegg.ca offers a "Preferred Account" which acts like a credit card. This is what I use for most of my components.

I thought newegg.ca didn't offer that? How did you apply for it because I can't find it for the life of me on their website.
