Sata drivers

cant get ms7093 to enable sata driver

It's probably not a driver issue. Clear CMOS per instructions and reboot with the new drive installed.

tried that but there is no option in cmos for sata, drive not recognized at all. keep in mind i am upgrading from ide to sata.

FYI, CMOS is the chip that holds the BIOS.
There is no setting in BIOS for your SATA, the hard drive setting needs to be set on IDE to detect the Hard drive.
...unless the HD is simply not running - broken - whatever, I'm sure you'd know that though.

also don't have install disk for sats drive
