First of all,mixing 2 nvidia cards is called SLI,not CrossFire.
And the answer is no,you can't SLI a 8800GT with a 8800GTS,because both cards have to be the same

No you can't, for SLI you must have 2 identically card, so 8800GT with 8800GT or 9800GTS with 9800GTS and so on...
