I need a graphic card for unity/torque or other game engines...some but not much gaming...
It must have 1GB and the budget is 110 euros...~130$.

Any suggestion is welcomed

Not much gaming is still some gaming. If just one game you play occasionally is too much for your GPU to handle it doesn't make much difference whether you are 'not much gamin' or 'lots of gaming' you are going to suffer.

9800GT is indeed definately better than a GT240 (the 9800 is a GTS250) the G240 OC may close the gap but the 9800 is still better and can be OC'd still.

But, assuming it is within your price range, I would grab the 5670 ATI too

The 9800GTX+ = GT250

What are the temps and power consumption of these nvidia cards?:
9800GT, GT 240 and GTS 250??

Is there any that run cooler and with less power than usual? Maybe a brand that has a good cooler? Or can you make them run cooler with an aftermarket one?
