Dual boot

Hello,

System:-
gigabyte X58a ud3r
Intel i7 930
6GB (3x2GB) Corsair XMS3, DDR3 PC3-12800
2x 500GB Samsung HD502HJ Spinpoint F3
Windows 7 Home premium
(one of the hard disks is empty for dual boot purpose)

What is the best way to set up / instal a dual boot system with XP Pro 32?
