More about good crysis graphics
  1. That'd play Crysis just fine. My e6750 (dual core) @ 2.67GHz, 8800GTS 320MB, and 3GB of DDR2 runs Crysis on Medium :D That system you posted is infinitely more powerful than my rig :D
  2. Would it be able to play it max?
  3. ^Define "Max". Also define resolution.

Btw, ask the seller what PSU is being used and if the Win 7 copy is legit.
  4. Max is everything turned up to its highest potential and the resolution would be 1920x1800. I think it is a 750 watt psu and the windows 7 is ligit

    I assume you mean 1920x1080? :D

He meant to ask what brand the PSU was. 750w means nothing; a cheap 750w PSU can put out less than a good 500w unit.
  6. It is an alienware psu which came with the alienware area 51 7500 desktop, does that help?
  7. that would be able to play crysis on high settings and some very high settings. what is the price of the pc? You may be able to build a new one cheaper.
  8. just an fyi, no system to date can play crysis on max settings without having 2 fermi gpus, or an ati 5870 crossfire setup, and then with a very high clocked i7.

the gtx 295 will run about as good as a gtx480, but you will lack the suport of dx 11 in games such as metro 2033.
  9. The price of the computer is $1000.

Do you think this is a good deal?

Or I may buy this instead.........

  11. Sorry the links dont work.

Go to this instead to see my build

  12. those links are not working for me, and the item numbers are not pulling anything either.
  13. Check out this other thread its pretty recient, and has a good recomended build that should do what youre wanting. I woudl add a second GPU to get the FPS in crysis above 60 bringing you to about 1800-2000

  14. Sorry I used the wrong link and have given a new one. I need to cut down in price lol to 1000
  15. with that budget, i would just get the one on ebay, and sell the GPU on ebay for about 250, and then buy a gtx 480.
