Hi guys,

I may buy this computer on ebay. Can you guys tell me what you think about it? Good gaming graphics in Crysis? Also would it be easy to upgrade the processor to i7?

Operating System: Windows 7 Professional (64-bit)

Motherboard: EVGA NVIDIA nForce 790i Ultra SLI

Processor: Intel Core 2 Extreme QX6850 - 3.0GHz / 1333 MHz FSB / 2 x 4MB L2 Cache / LGA 775

Memory: OCZ Flex EX Edition XLC Dual Channel Kit - 4 GB ( 2 x 2 GB ) - DIMM 240-pin - 2000 MHz ( PC3-16000 )

Video Card: EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 295 CO-OP Edition - 1792 MB DDR3 PCI-E 2.0

Hard Drive(s): 2 x 160 GB (320 GB Total) in RAID 0

Thanks in advance!

That'd play Crysis just fine. My e6750 (dual core) @ 2.67GHz, 8800GTS 320MB, and 3GB of DDR2 runs Crysis on Medium :D  That system you posted is infinitely more powerful than my rig :D

^Define "Max". Also define resolution.

Btw, ask the seller what PSU is being used and if the Win 7 copy is legit.

Max is everything turned up to its highest potential and the resolution would be 1920x1800. I think it is a 750 watt psu and the windows 7 is ligit

I assume you mean 1920x1080? :D

He meant to ask what brand the PSU was. 750w means nothing; a cheap 750w PSU can put out less than a good 500w unit.

that would be able to play crysis on high settings and some very high settings. what is the price of the pc? You may be able to build a new one cheaper.

just an fyi, no system to date can play crysis on max settings without having 2 fermi gpus, or an ati 5870 crossfire setup, and then with a very high clocked i7.

the gtx 295 will run about as good as a gtx480, but you will lack the suport of dx 11 in games such as metro 2033.

with that budget, i would just get the one on ebay, and sell the GPU on ebay for about 250, and then buy a gtx 480.
