Hi. Alright, i just built this desktop and at first i was getting no picture but everything was on and running. So I checked the PSU and it was dying so i bought another. When I hooked it up it would not turn on. Nothing turned on. Now I just checked this psu and it works. I don't know what is going on. I checked everything and made sure all the cables and connections are secure. Am I missing something? What should I do? I am very frustrated about this and I'm about to throw everything in the garbage. Anyone Please help me out. Thanks.

This is what I have in my build:

Core i5-680 3.6 GHz
4 GB RAM GSkill Rip Jaws DDR3
OCZ Stealth X Stream 2 700 Watt PSU
1.5 TB Samsung Hard Drive SATA
LG DVD Burner SATA
Storage box
140mm case fan - on top of the case
3 120mm case fans - two in the front and one in the back
1 120x120x38 case fan on the side. It goes about 31 or 34 rpm
Antec 200 Cost Efficient case - All Black - light gray or silver inside and the other side of the case, the door comes off too so you can have easy access to screw in the hard drive and disc drive and there's a hole for the back of the motherboard
I have no graphics card installed but I do have one and its an ATI HD 4670. I will just use the integrated graphics that the chip has just to check it out and see how good it is. The motherboard is an ASRock Intel 1156 H55DE3

I also tested the psu too. I have an Antec psu tester that is digital. I tested all connectors and it says everything is ok and running good. It's a brand new psu. A week or two before i tested the motherboard also and the reading I got was FF 01 or 02, I can't remember but the little motherboard tester book said that this means its POSTing good and the BIOS is good. The processor is brand new too and so is the RAM and the HDD too.
