LGA775 Gaming CPU

I currently have a P5N-D with an e6750 and I was wondering if anyone had an upgrade recommendation. I heard recently that there were "gaming cpu's". I just assumed that a better cpu would be better for everything. Are there certain cpu's that would be better for gaming?

Q9xxx are the best ones. Don't buy a dual-core or a Q6xxx.
