Memory not working at full speed

Hi
Recently I bought 3x2gb of kingston hyperx 2000mhz. I went into the bios and set the speed to 2000mhz and then it would not boot. i turned down the speed to 1800mhz and it still didn't boot. the only speed i found it would boot on is 1066mhz.
Is there something i'm doing wrong?

You probably need to set the volt to 1.65. My board does this automatically. It is also on my board's and RAM Instruction Manual. I suggest consult yours.
