I've seen some laptops starting to offer the GeForce Go 6800 PCI express
video card. Anyone have any sense for or experience with this? I'd like to
get a laptop that can double as a game machine, and I'm trying to determine
how a setup with this card (and a P4 3.X+, 1 GB RAM. etc) would work with
some of the newer games.

For starters, if you want a gaming machine, forget the P4 and get an A64.

Yes, but not as good as the Ati card, at least, not before they overclock
it..
