Good benchmark for seeing if everything is working full capacity

My post is not about overclocking, I recently updated my amd Gigabyte based machine with 100GB of SSD.
Can someone recomment good benchmark software that shows me if everything is utulized in the right way, and which drivers/tweaks are needed?
I have win 7 enterprise 64bit, gigabyte am3 amd 3Ghz, 4gb gskill 1066
I am IT knowleadgable, but ;looking for simple way chcecking if everything is running at full throttle

PCMark Vantage from Futuremark is a nice overall system benchmark.

You can download AS SSD Benchmark to test your SSD.

Prime95 with CUPID HW Monitor is a great tool to check your system temps at full temps.
