Is my ram compatible?

I have purchased corsair ddr3 xms3 4gb 1600mhz ram and core i5 2400 processor.
Now i am going to buy h67 series that only support 1333mhz of ram.
Is there any compaibility issue rise with board and processor. or will ram damage the processor or board and reduse its life

But the ram is 1.64v and i heard that 1.5v is required

It should still run; if you're worried, change to 1.5 volt ram. The max recommended voltage is 1.65 volts, but most boards will select the ram voltage automatically.

I have Corsair XMS3 1600/9-9-9-24/1.65v running at 1333/8-8-8-20/1.5v.

No problems at all.
