Averatec 3250 HX01 reboot freeze

Hello,
My laptop freezes on opening screen with the logo. Sometimes the screen darkens to the point where you can barely see the Icon on reboot freeze.

When the screen become dark in laptop it is because of graphic card. The screen of my VGN C240E became dark in the middle of Need for speed and it was because of the weakness of GPU.
