Stretching screen in catalyst control center

Hello,
I am using ATI catalyst control center with windows 7. the update doesn't have the manual screen stretching option so that the display wills every inch of my monitor (I have a black frame). Is there a hidden stretch function?

You can't find the Overscan slider under desktops and displays? You should reinstall the catalyst, updates mess up with the GUI.

Its a scalling option you need to use the issue is W7 specific.
Open up CCC. In the top left corner is a drop down, go to "Desktops & Displays". You should see your monitor in the lower left, right click on it and "Configure". Then look for "Scaling Options" near the top and scale it up until the border goes away.
