Is termaltake 400W enough for radeon hd 5770?

This power supply has:

+5V 25A,

+3.3V 18A,

+12V1 14A,

+12V2 16A.

And it has 1x6 pin connector for video card!!!

400W is plenty. They only recommend higher for liability reasons.

To put things in perspective. At stock clocks my i7 920 + 5970 is drawing under 400W at full load.

it depends on the rest of your system, so tell us your full specs...
The card itself draw only 150W maximum. So yes, your PSU is good enough to run HD5770...

It can handle the graphic card nicely

I confirmed it through my frnd becuz he is running the same card on that setting
