Everest/CPUID/etc can't detect Mobo/Bios

Hi all. Thank you in advance for your help!
So for a long time now I've had multiple programs tell me they can't detect my mobo type/drivers or bios. I finally thought I'd ask after updating drivers again and deciding to finally OC my Q6600.

So yeah I don't know what's going on. I guess I just need to do a fresh install of everything again? Would rather not.
Also, a side note, shouldn't my ram by displaying one more row of information?
