Okay so. I have an ASUS P5R8L. It came with an on-board graphics card, the ATI Radeon Xpress 200 series.

As you probably knows, this card FAILS.

So, I want to find a new one. A better one.

It doesnt have to be super ridiculously good, but definitely better than this piece of crap. I have no intentions of replacing the computer, motherboard, or chipsets. All drivers are updated as far as I can tell.

Heres what I got from CPUID:

Whatever else you need to know, tell me, I can help. Just tell me how to find it XD

Wow, i got a problem reading your specs... :)

okay, your specs:
P4 3.0 GHz
1 GB RAM
PCI slot
Unknown Motherboard
Unknown PSU

Just like Maziar said above, save your money to build a whole new system.
You're just wasting your money to get PCI card. Sorry buddy, i don't wanna you buy a weak PCI card... :)

Well the only problem about that is my system is pretty badass in other ways lol.

But really, I dont need a crazy good gaming card, just one that is compatible with games like sims, call of duty, etc. Mine can handle oblivion, cross fire, WoW, and the like, so it doesnt need to be WAY better.

Also, I am planning on getting another 1 gb of ram as well.

Any other dieas without over hauling the system?

(oh and i dont know why it has unknown motherboard and PSU, anyone know how I can find those out better?
