Where can I get a replacement fan for a northQ NQ-4775-400 PSU?

Hello,
Where can I get a replacement fan for a northQ NQ-4775-400 PSU?
The existing one has cracks which I've glued a few times but now it looks a bit worse for ware. It's about 5 years old but works fine otherwise.
Any ideas would be much appreciated.

I'd personally want to get something a little bigger, assuming you're looking into building a new computer fairly soon. I'd look on Newegg for a 550W or 650W unit from Corsair, Antec, SeaSonic, or Silverstone.
