best psu out of these 3?

i found this PSU i am going to get a 5770 with it will it be okay?

gigabyte h55-usb3
Western digital 500gb hard drive
kingstone 2 gb ddr3 1333MHz
300 watt power supply came with the case the other alternative is this

ok thx ill buy that since its the cheapest one OFC the 300 is just for a back up if sumthing happens and iam not if its the psu or the hardware and ill another 2gb when i have the money
