240 or 120?

Hi guys,

About to build my first ever gaming rig. I currently intend to purchase a 240gb corsair force 3 gt as my primary drive, with a 1tb wd as a secondary. However, I am unsure as to whether 240 is overkill. I intend on playing games such as BF3 MW3, and maybe a few other titles, but not that many.

Would a 120B SSD be sufficient to hold say 5 games plus Windows and all the other common apps and if so can anyone recommend a good SSD for this purpose?

I currently have a Crucial M4 128gb ssd, with 9 games installed and I have minimal free space left. With the current prices of ssds dropping if you can afford the 240gb drive I would recommend it. Just head over to slickdeals.net or you favorite deal site and look for one on sale.

120GB ist not that much, if you can afford a 240GB model go for it. Having always some free space is very important for ssds.
