Whats happening?

is it xp? or tyhe motherboard

Welcome, Newcomer. This problem may actually be caused by neither the XP OS or the motherboard. Pci.sys is a driver. If you're having problems with this driver, it could be because of damaged or incompatible hardware. Have you made any recent changes to the hardware? Have you upgraded any hardware?
