I7 950 and high idle cpu usage

I just installed my new rig of an i7 950, asus sabertooth, gtx 460, g skill 1600 ram, 64gb ssd, etc.

On boot up and idle my cpu usage ala task manager is low 20's all the time.



That seems very high to me. I would figure it would be 0-1%. Something wrong with my setup?
