3d device compatable with driver the game

Hello,
i have Directx10 RC2 fix-pre-final
when i installed it it says i have installed directx11 but when i try to play "Driver" it says no compatable 3d devices found and on the dxdiag it says "direct3d acceleration:not available" what can i do?
