Looks like a nice budget build. A couple of questions-
Any reason why you didn't go with the HD 5770? Best bang for buck.
The xclio PSU is not modular, why did you choose it?
I would recommend the 500W Corsair model.
Or a nice Antec Earthwatts would be good too.

Buy this power supply... It's actually cheaper (after rebate) and much better.
Take the money you saved there and scoop up a 5770 like buzznut said above... well worth it

The 300 Illusion is the best case under $100 in my opinion. I have used them in quite a few builds and they are big enough for any GPU. That Antec power supply is also quite good.

To be honest it would be hard to beat batuchka's build for the price. Better CPU and better graphics.
