Foxconn MB continuous beeb

I have a HP Pavilion s3620f slimline. One day without notice I got a continuous beeb when I went to power-on. There were no hardware changes. The motherboard is a Foxconn MCP73S01, HP calls it a Irvine GL6E. The unit has 2x2gb memory, A Core 2 Duo E5200. This unit has Vista home .
