Asus Maximus III Gene Help!

So i recently upgraded my motherboard to an Aus Maximus III Gene and now windows wont run. I enter the system repair and it justs says that it can't be prepared. I tried restoring my system but that didn't help either. Is this because i have an oem copy of windows 7 installed? Also i have no disc to reinstall windows 7. Another thing is that when the screen goes to the "Republic of Gamers" logo it says press delete to enter setup however when i press delete nothing happens. Help?! Thanks in advance

Changing motherboards always requires a fresh install of Windows. When I upgraded my motherboard, initially Win 7 ran fine. Within days, I noticed a steady deterioration to the point that Windows did not run, and Win repair did not work either.

You will need to do a fresh install of Win 7, and then call Microsoft to get it authorized. That's what I did, and things worked fine.
