Can i just buy the keyboard receiver seperately

I have a lap top computer and my extra keyboard want work for tying lessons. I have a wireless mouse with receiver already. I located an extra wireless keyboard. Can I purchase the receiver by itself and everything work?

The only way you would be able to purchase a receiver and have it work would be to buy the receiver that you would usually get with the keyboard. You could try looking on sites like Ebay in-case someone has the receiver but broke their keyboard or something along those lines. Otherwise you typically won't find just a receiver by itself much less one compatible with your keyboard.
