What is first step

I have a old gateway with a obsolete C51G MB, BTX form factor which you just can't find. I need advice on how I search for a budget MB that will work with the parts I can save off the old computer? I am not looking for a high end replacement (that is first of the year) just want to squeak by and buy as little as possible now.
I am not sure what specs you need to help me so I will list the main ones I can reuse:

AMD athlon 64x2 4200+, manchester 90nm technology
313 GB western digital HD
nvidia 7300 GS graphic card

Let me know if you need more specific info to get me started in the right direction, I have a case ordered , Thermaltake Lvl 10 GT- so all future upgrades will be np. Everything will be replaced but I hope to get as much time as possible out of what I can.

You have DDR2 RAM? How much of it? How much is that case?
I would cancel the order for that case, looks very expensive - with that kind of money you can get a nice cheaper case and other parts.
