INTEL DH67BL No Boot Screen

Few days ago i have purchased the INTEL DH67BL Motherboard and Sandy Bridge 2400 Processor. It worked few hours. Then i shout down the PC and started again on next day.

When i turn on the power the Machine start to boot (With no Boot Screen) and the processor FAN starts up and run for 10 Seconds then stop and then starts up again and stop again then machine stopped.

What i did

1) Remove all accessories ( USB/HDD etc... )
2) Change Power Supply to Cosair new 750
3) Remove and plug Memory
4)Change Casing



Motherboard = INTEL DH67BL
CPU - Sandy Bridge 2400
VGA- On board
PSW- Coollermaster 450 / Test with Cosair 750
Memory - Kingstone 4GB*4 = 16GB

Problem is still same

Please advice me on this.

Running on the integrated HD graphics on the CPU it can be either the Board or the CPU that has failed.

Any idea ? is there any know issues of DH67BL ?

Is there any way to check Intel Mobo Revision Number ?

I have a suspect, this mobo belong to old Stock.
