Hi there guys;

I know that there are some other threads about temps of AMD chips and stuff but I'm not really familiar with how to use these temp programs.

Core Temp seems to have changed the way it works? I don't know.

I remember when I had an Intel Quad Core and had Core Temp, it told me the temp of each individual core but with my AMD chip, it only shows 1 temp at the bottom and it says something about a Tj.max... (what the heck is that?)

Here is my screenshot. It usually idles around 33-36 and under load goes maybe to 45ish.

That's fine right? or is there something I should be aware of?

Thanks !

Those temps are fine, I wouldn't worry about it.

As for Core Temp, that's strange; my laptop is showing 2 cores. Mine's an intel CPU, so it may be an issue to due with AMD CPU's, but I can't tell for sure.

I also believe the Tj. Max is the temperature at which your CPU goes into thermal shutdown, but I'm not 100% sure.
