yes, it'll work fine as long as you have a good quality PSU. I myself use a 600W Cooler Master Silent Pro Gold (modular) which has had great reviews. It can output upto 48 amps on a single 12V rail, it's got a 90% gold energy efficient rating and has a peak wattage of 720W... It's more than enough for any single card setup
