Best AGP/PCI folding@home card for this PS?

It's an old P4 3 Ghz server I have running. Might as well fold with it. Has AGP and Pci.

Also, I saw this, so I could spend the $20 for the power supply if it opens up options.

Very much prefer ATI, but if nvidia has better performance I will go that route.

HD4650 AGP version, no need to change your PSU, it will handle that card just fine...
No need to get a card higher than 4650, your P4 will bottlenecking any card today.
