First of all i Overclocked my Intel Pentium 4 3.20GHz CPU from 200MHz to 300MHz but the max was 380MHz.
My first tempreture was at 36-43C and after overcocking it went to 44-52C , and soon after i restarted, My Motherboard's (DFI Lanparty 925x-T2) picture come's up at startup up and after it just goes to a Black screen and the Monitor's Light flashes while the PC is running normally..

So now i cant get into the BIOS to change my speed back to normal or Down-Grade it a littlebit... :(
Someone Please help..

thanks.

Open your side panel so you can see your motherboard. There should be a small switch you can use to reset the CMOS settings. If you can't see it, there's also a small round flat battery - this is your CMOS battery. If you pull this out and leave it for a few minutes then put it back in you will have reset your BIOS to factory defaults. Your motherboard manual is the best place to look on where to find either the switch or the battery. Hope this helps and best of luck!

^What i was going to say!
Apparently your mobo even has a CMOS bios reload function.
I would familiarize myself with the manual if i were you.
You're overclocking and didn't know about CMOS.
Don't mean to sound harsh but just saying.
