Which Video Card do I Have?

Hi everyone, I have had this computer for about 6 months and my Dad sent it to me. At first it used to freeze playing games like call of duty 4 and Far Cry 2 but I dismissed it as other problems because it was a fairly nooby computer back then.

Until now I have tried everything but I have not been able to stop it from freezing, and doing all sorts of weird things.

I was looking in the case and I realized that my video card (which I thought was a ATI Radeon HD 3650 AGP) was not at all what it looked like on the ati site, and I have had the drivers for this card all along.

I have been looking around and found that the card is made by Visiontek, but I cant find out what model.

It is registered as an ATI Radeon HD 3650 AGP in the computer, but that is because the driver is telling them what it is, which it is not.

If I could find the right driver, this would solve my problem.

It has two dvi ports with an S-video port in between.

Visiontek produces and sells cards with ATI GPU´s it looks like a HD3650 except theirs is usually red http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814129151
Sapphire tech uses usually blue PCB.

Both have the same white sticker (though you can't zoom in on the image I linked to) and the round green sticker in the same place. Board design (and fan design) look identical. Only difference is the sticker/logo on your fan is different.

Why don't you download CPU-Z
It won't tell you the maker but will tell you the model

Looks like it's the part number for the memory on it though.

And yes, GPU-Z is a great idea. Unfortunately as I was typing this entry I got pulled away from my computer for almost an hour. LOL

Once you find out what it is, you may want to upgrade.

They do still make AGP video cards, and the highest one I've seen is a Radeon 4650. Should be a leap/jump over that 3xxx series, if that's what it is.

Just look carefully, make sure to choose an AGP video card, like this one.
