ASUS P4R800-VM makes 2 quick beeps and 6 short beeps?

Hello,

My computer was running fine until i was cleaning the dust out from the inside and just a while ago i switched it on and now my computer wont start up...

i get 2 quick beeps and 6 short beeps? with the CPU fan running and a green LED light on from the motherboard...

iv also bought new PC2700 Kingston DDR RAM so i doubt its a RAM issue or hard drive or the motherboard cause they are running fine...

Can you please help me fix my computer?

I even tried every way by changing the ram in to different slots, took one out and left one out... and i even unplugged every part and cables and put it back together...
