Cannot see second drive after installing new primary drive

I have Western Digital Caviar Blue WD6400AAKS 640GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive, as my primary hard drive and a Western Digital Caviar Black WD1001FALS 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive as a back up drive. I decided to upgrade my 640GB drive to a Western Digital Caviar Blue WD10EZEX 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive. I installed windows 7 on my new drive and connected in my Western Digital Caviar Black WD1001FALS 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive, but for some reason my computer is not able to see the 1TB Black drive, I able to see it in BIOS but not in Windows 7.

I have tried the following, going into device manager and assigning the drive but it doesn't exist. I went into the bios and setup for RAID configuration and tried again going into device manager but still no luck. I went ahead and plugged my 640GB drive back in and the drive appears. Any ideas why I can't see my Black hard drive with my new Harddrive and fresh install of windows 7??
