can or should you crossfire fire an hd 5450 with say, a gtx 260?

I think I posed the question incorrectly... I suppose what I meant to ask was, would I be able to run an hd5450 with a nvidia gtx series card. I have an MSI 790FX GD70 and was curious as to whether or not it would be beneficial to run the cards together...

Only if you plan to run the cards individually and have the cards hooked up to multiple monitors running separate tasks. Only possible with Win XP and 7 not Vista.
