    Check that you have the correct BIOS version for the CPU you are planning on getting.

    well i want to be able to run win7 64 bit
  8. With your board and current CPU you are already capable to run 64bit win 7! Which CPU do you have in there now?
    It is recommended to have 4GB ram min for a 64bit OS.
