5770 problem

hi,
I think my ati 5770 is getting too little power, my present psu has a single +12v rail which provides 17A, i think this is waaaay to less for the gpu and i am thinking of changing to the cooler master 600 ex power (http://whitesindia.com/shoppe/computer-peripherals/power-supply/cooler-master-extreme-power-plus-600w). This new psu has like 18A on each of its 2 12v rails, is this a good choice?

The CM is plenty for your HD5770 which your current PSU is not. Cooler master PSU are not top quality but they are reasonable quality.

would it also be have enough power to handle a oc of my e4500 to 3ghz from 2.2 ghz?
