Hi ,

i am now thinking about getting a new PC with HI-Performance for games and Video making programs !

so i was looking for a video card that can make my pc run my games and Designing programs very will , i found two cards with a price that i can pay !

ATI 5770 HD
ATI 5830 HD

The Difference between this two cards is 100$ i think !
So which Choice that you think it's better for me :

Buying 5770 To have a very nice Graphics card and Good performance .
Buying 5830 To have a very nice Graphics card and better performance that user (which is me) Can see a cleanly Different between 5770 and 5830 .

SO HELP ME please !

(Sorry for my bad language ^.^)

I was asking about the resolution because IMO for 1680x1050, a 5770 is fine but for 1920x1080,instead of 5830 i would recommend 5850.(Because its worth it to get a 5850 for a resolution like this)

I think its going to come down to would you rather have an extra $100 in your pocket?

If your going to be playing crysis on a regular basis go for the 5830, but if not just buy a 5770. If you have not been a hardcore gamer before this point you will not notice enough difference to overcome the cost.

I play at MW2 on max settings at 1920x1080 and its more then acceptable. I myself upgraded from a 4650 to the 5770 and about the only difference I noticed was a little crispier graphics(and it doesn't lag when I walk through smoke anymore either :p)

The 5830 is just not worth $100 more than a 5770, it is a card that has been overpriced for its performance, if you find the card with a much smaller price difference then it may be worth considering

I just bought the HIS 5830 that comes with MW2 last Friday. Now mine hasn't actually been shipped to me yet, but I've doing a lot for searching on the 5830 and a lot of people say lots of negative things about it compared to the 5850 and it's staring to scare me. >.< Zip you're saying it will do fine on a 1920x1080 monitor and you could OC it to perform even better correct? I'm just beginning to get a little worried that I bought the wrong item and I need some positive input. :p
