Ntune auto fan control always defaults to 0%!!

Hello, I have a PNY 8800 GT 512. I'm using ntune and anytime that I set it to automatic fan control and exit the program, it's set's the gpu fan to 0%!! It works fine for direct control but everytime I restart my computer it defaults to auto fan control and returns the fan speed to 0% has anyone else run into this problem?
