Nvidia BFG 9800gt ecointelligence 1024 meg

I need to know what the best driver version is for this card running under windows 7 64 bit. I have the cards running in SLI. I am having problems with my computer freezing as soon as the cards hit 70 degrees. I also have the 9800 gt 512 meg EVGA running in another computer having similar problems
