Poer 80 Proxy Bypass/Troubles

So... I'm at school and I want to test (after four years) if I can bypass this 10.1.100.3 port 80 proxy and get on youtube or facebook. Does anyone out there have a solution or want to help me? I'm really not even sure if its possible. I did a quick google search for middle man proxy sites you could go to like Unblock.com and such, which are all blocked by my school. Common people help a guy out! Thanks, Jeff.
