What is your budget? What resolution are you going to be gaming at? Do you plan to Crossfire in the future?

The Crosshair IV is mostly overkill unless you plan on using the additional features.

The build generally looks fine. If you plan on overclocking, you might want to buy 1600 MHz CL 7 RAM and an aftermarket heatsink for your processor.

If you're unaware of the features of the Crosshair IV, I'd suggest looking at the product page on the ASUS website.

Other good motherboards would include the ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB3, the Gigabyte GA-890GPA-UD3H, or if you don't want USB 3.0 & SATA 6 Gb/s, you could go with a 790FX board like the ASUS M4A79T Deluxe.

A good, inexpensive heatsink is the Hyper 212+.

Any 1333 MHz or 1600 MHz CL7 RAM should be fine, whatever is the least expensive, but meets those standards.

Whatever you think looks better. They're both well-reviewed cases. I like the 1200 myself, but if you like the Storm Sniper better, go for it.

Based on your response i would just stick single GPU all the way

955BE
870/SB 850 mobo
4GB Gskill, Crucial, etc CL7 (stay away from OCZ if possible)
HD 5870
quality 650W 80+/80+ bronze PSU
Cooler Master 922/NZXT Hades
Samsung F3 500GB
SATA DVDRW
CPU cooler: when u learn/want to OC
