Is ati radeon 4670 a good buy for me?

my pc consists of
1.5 ghz intel pentium dual core
1.50 gb ram
internal video card: sis mirage 3 graphics
sis671 series
376 mb memory
monitor resolution:1024x768
hdd:80 gb
motherboard:asus
os:windows 7 ultimate


if i add a ati radeon hd 4670
will it run all my games like halo 3 ,cod4/5,etc...games like these

if not then tell me a solution pls.

AGP/PCI/PCIE slot?

I guess it's okay to use 4670, your cpu will bottlenecking it, but not much...
