Need help choosing a h67 mobo

1. are the features (other than phase power design), like digi+vrm, efi-bios, ai suite2 important from a performance point of view or are they just technical jargon? if i dont plan on having more than one graphics card ever (radeon hd5770 in this case), should i go for the cheapest asus h67 mobo and put the $40 odd in the gpu?

2. i decided on h67 over p67 coz i dont oc.is there any other performance difference btw the 2 chipsets. i'm thinking of buying the asus h67-m evo (due to the 8+2 phase power), but then i realized that the p67-m pro is available for even less.i dont really need the p67,but if its available for less,i'll be glad to choose it.

i'm confused whether to go for lower priced versions of p67 or the higher priced versions of the h67.

my priority is a responsive PC with quick boot-up and stability (durability).i have never overclocked my cpu or gpu. i dont play (graphic intensive) games, i seldom get time for it.

More about : choosing h67 mobo

i forgot to mention that the mobo will go along the i5-2500, kingston hyperx 1333/1666 (depending on the mobo),1.5 tb 7200 rpm sg.

also, i wont be upgrading the cpu for a long long time to come
