CPU and MoBo compatibility

Hi, I'm having a friend build me a computer and I need to buy a motherboard and cpu. I'm on a strict budget and have it narrowed down to 2 mobos and 2 cpus. I need to know if they're compatible. Any help and/or opinions would be appreciated. thanks

Both CPUs are compatible with both motherboards. The TDP of both CPUs falls within range of both motherboards, also. Under 65W.
