Problems with geforce 6200 pci

Hello,when i run my monitor thru the geforce 6200 pci,my screen blacks out....device manager says all is installed,enabled,and working properly.correct drivers are also installed from nvidia website.Display works fine when monitor is plugged into the motherboard port.Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

Try disable the onboard graphic card from BIOS and boot up with the monitor connected to your PCI card...
